BEEF GOULASH

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless beef (2 inch pieces)
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 yellow onions (sliced)
- 2 red peppers (chopped)
- 2 green peppers (chopped)
- 2 small carrots (sliced)
- 1 garlic (pressed)
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (adds a great flavor)
- 2 c beef broth
- 1 c sour cream
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Brown beef; remove. Add vegetables, garlic, paprika, and pepper. Cook till tender. Add tomato paste flour and stir. Add broth. Cook on low. Add beef and cook 30 to 45 minutes, till beef is tender. Add sour cream last before serving. Serve over rice or noodles. Yields 6 servings.
